Christine is a Registered Professional Counsellor and workshop facilitator. She is fiercely passionate about supporting women going through challenging life transitions and those wanting to expand their personal growth. She believes that growth and healing are most powerful when all aspects of a person are supported: mind, body and spirit (emotions). Christine trained in Transpersonal Counselling and has worked with individuals, couples, and groups. She facilitates workshops, has helped teach, and has lead support groups for individuals living with a diagnosis of cancer and their support people. Offering a unique counselling approach to her clients, she combines intuitive guidance, embodiment exercises, and mindfulness practices, in addition to more traditional tools. Christine offers online and in-person counselling in both French and English.
